Christo: Tsk. Tsk. A mistake. A mistake, that’s all business owners make focusing on getting sales. Hmm, how could that be a mistake? Often when we start working with small business owners, the focus is just on getting the money. Getting the money! Of course we want the sales, we want the bucks. But we don’t want to be just focusing on getting a sale. Instead, focus on building relationships, don’t just focus on building cash.

Franziska: So, the solution is, building relationships. In your business and in your personal life, you need to build relationships every single day. Because the better your relationships, the more successful you will be in your business and in your life. So even when you’re emailing people, when you’re face to face with people, when you, you know, have meeting or you have coffee, you go to networking event. Focus on building relationships every single day, every single minute of the day when you interact with people. Because as Mr. No No said, if you focus on the quick sale, you will drive people away. The thing is that some people, they need a little bit longer to decide if whether they want to buy your stuff or not. Maybe they just don’t need your thing right now. But if you focus on building a relationship, they might need it later or they might know somebody who needs your stuff. So, that’s really important. And also, another thing is you just need to keep being generous, keeping generous, keep giving information freely, you know, keeping awesome. And the more awesome you are, the more awesomer your relationships are, and more awesomerer your business will be. It’s really important. Keep building relationships. Grow your network and grow your net worth.
