There’s how you convert that traffic to sales. Basically the process. And then there’s your delivery process. Like your fulfillment, like a company like Amazon are amazing at the fulfillment side of things, actually the conversion part too. So the three categories, traffic, conversions and delivery, you got to focus on these areas and continually improving in each of these areas. How do we get more traffic, more visitors to your site, your store, your online store, then how do we convert better? How do they have a better experience when they’re on the store? And then how do you make your delivery process better, better, smoother, smoother, more effective, more effective, more profitable for more profitable for you, obviously, you, obviously, at the same time, at the same time, and show more trust like a company like Amazon, you know you’re going to get the product and there’s guarantees and things. So they’re great in that area. And the conversions are great. It’s a very easy process.
