Franziska: Hi there! We were just working here in our Clever Bunch with a content agency; so an agency that creates content for business owners and they were asking how to best structure their offering for a larger audience to be interested in what they have. And so I thought I would share a framework with you that is really useful, definitely if you sell a service in consulting, coaching, any of those industries, this works really well; can also sometimes be applied to a business in fact we had a fashion business who applied the same framework and that is to offer two, three levels of work with you. So having two, three offerings and of course you can bundle things up so you have two or three offerings and what you want to do then is you have a lower entry level so something at a lower entry level that is maybe more affordable for your audience and then you have a mid-level and a high-end level. And you will find that a lot of people will go for the mid-level and it’s a little bit like~ also you will see that some people will just want the high-end no matter what and it’s a little bit like when you look at cars you know some people are into Hondas. Some people are into Mercedes. Some people want a Tesla.
I’m all about Teslas. So I use this example and it’s just interesting to do that for your businesses, to make your offer very simple and easy to understand. Too many businesses have very complex offerings and make their offering very complicated which when you have confusion. If your customers, your prospects can’t really completely understand very quickly what your offerings are they will have confusion and confusion never leads to a sale. So think about your offering, how can you package it, how can you create maybe a few different levels and then most importantly, give your offerings a name. So rather than calling these maybe the Diamond, Silver, Gold levels, give them names that are in line with your brand and there’s another episode where I talk about this actually on Basic Bananas TV so we’ll link it to that episode too so you can get a little bit more insight on how to do that it’s a very important and it will just make your business more exciting, your brand more approachable. So I hope you like this one as always. If you know anyone who would benefit from these tips and insights that we share here feel free to share it with them too and I can’t wait to see you on the next one. I’m struggling to speak today. See you next time!
