Franziska: Hi and welcome back! Just a real short video here as I was pondering this, I thought you know what why not ponder it with you. So many of you probably know Tim Ferriss and his podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show, I think it’s called. It’s a great podcast and on the podcast, usually, one of his last questions that he asks his guests is, “if you had a billboard message, what would you put on it? What message would you put on your billboard message,” and I was thinking about that and I thought of two things and then I would love to hear yours also, what would be your message? So my first one is if I had a billboard and I could only put one short message it would probably be, “Always respond with kindness,” because I feel like this has been a recurring theme and something that has really helped also in business, but also in personal life in travelling— is even when faced with adversity when faced with a grumpy customer, or anyone really that is maybe attacking you, I have found that one of the best ways to deal with that is to always respond with kindness. So I think that’s the billboard message. The second one that I also would put if I had two messages is to “take a chance,” to take a chance, because how many times have you been in a situation where you kind of wanted to do something but you weren’t sure, maybe fear got hold of you and took control of your ability to take action and then you didn’t take action only to regret it later on and this one, this motto or message about taking a chance is really all about embracing courage and to know that courage is not about being fearless but courage is taking action despite the fear. So, I just thought you know what, I’m going to ponder my billboard messages out loud with you hoping that this will inspire you also and secondly, I would love to hear what your billboard message would be what would you put on a billboard if you had one or two short messages what would they be? I’d love to hear your messages. You can post them below the video or share them with us on any of the social channels and I can’t wait to read them. Thanks again for being here and thank you for staying connected. It’s such an important time right now to stay connected with people that care and to be surrounded by like-minded people because I feel like the community aspect right now is more important than ever in a crazy pandemic that we are in right now.
