Franziska: Hi there and welcome back! I have a quick important message to share with you, and then, one of my favourite questions to ask at the end of meetings. The important message is that “You can’t solve the world’s problems with a small drink!” The question I’d like to share with you which is a really great question to use at the end of meetings, whether that is team meetings, or meetings with external people, a great question to ask is, “What has been the most useful, or what has been the most valuable piece for you in this meeting?” What has been the most valuable thing for you out of this meeting? And it’s a great question to ask because when you ask this question people will have to almost process what’s happened in their meeting, so it’s a way for people to process, including yourself, to process the meeting and then just summarise real quick, what’s the most useful thing. So let’s see what our Team Happiness Rockstar here thinks about this question. “Rosie, what’s been the most useful thing for you in this meeting? Rosie, what’s been the most useful thing for you in this meeting?” She doesn’t really have anything to add I think. She’s been hard at work lately as a team happiness rockstar. Have an amazing week and feel free to share this question with anyone that would find it useful, too. We’re all about creating positive ripple effects here at Basic Bananas and we really appreciate you. We appreciate having you here, and also we appreciate you sharing this content, and interacting with us and saying ‘hi’. It makes this community what it is and we love having you in this business community. Have an amazing week. Bye!
