Christo: Hey there! So in this video tip from paradise, I thought why not share it from on location here in Fiji. A common question we get is “How do I get quick cash into the business?” So you need money, something coming up, there are bills to pay and you want to want a quick cash injection. The quickest way to get cash into the business is going to past customers. So look back at past customers, doing a promotion to people who have bought from you in the past, or to your existing database, trying to grab the attention of new customers and convert them it can work of course, but the quickest, most reliable way to get quick cash in a business is actually looking backwards and past customers, going who haven’t we promoted to. You can be quite tailored, you could send them personalised videos if you really wanted to, to your best, you know, top 50 customers from the past. But looking back and bringing them back like a reactivation campaign is what we call it. And then to keep the cash flowing in, train your team and yourself to look for other opportunities when you do make one sale, are there upsells other onsells, downsells, cross-sells, round sells, whatever like anything additional that you can offer any sale you make comes at zero extra acquisition cost, usually zero extra sales process and back and forth and all these time, and time and costs that happen, so looking for those upsell opportunities as well.
