Christo: Hey there, in this video tip what I want to share is my ISO home office setup because I get a lot of questions from members saying, “Can I see your little desk, what do you got going on?” and I just thought I’ll give you a little quick little tour to make working from home, maybe a little bit more fun for you. So first of all, this is a normal table but because it’s a home office, I’ve added this standing desk, little option you can buy these little desktopper things. And so most of the time I stand and got the two screens so I can be very productive, double-computers going on and I can feel like a bit of a badass with all my little trackpads and everything else, blue light glasses; apparently, they’re good for you when you’re staring at the blue light screen. Here’s a little bit interesting, there’s a little squishy ball, so it’s good for rolling/massaging your feet while you work. So turning the little office into a little health station as well. And I even have weights here all the time. So let’s say you’re getting a little bit of work fatigue. It’s not… I’m definitely no bodybuilder as you can probably tell, but I’m just doing like a quick four minutes of this or taking one and doing like kettlebell style swing~ suddenly energized and feel good again, and even standing here doing some squats to kind of wake up. Other little things, a decent chair, so that you’re not just sitting on the couch and getting a sore back and things like that, but um the ninja little tips I’d say is get some little health stuff to play within your space, even have a massage gun can occasionally kind of massage the thighs or if you’re on a call or something, you can massage the feet or, you know, just hold the weights slowly and a little nice set too is one thing for Zoom meetings. So I have this beautiful little set here. It’s a subtle, humblebrag as well because this was the first prize trophy for winning a surfing event, many moons ago. So if anyone asked me, “Oh it just happens to be.. that old thing… it’s the first prize, you know that trophy.” That’s a pretty cool trophy much better than the little things but yeah a little bit of exercise, standing desk for sure. So hopefully you might get something out of this. If not, that’s all good but what you might, what might be cool actually is if you share anything you’ve done with home office as well to make it more comfortable and more productive, more fun, share it in the comments, we’d love to hear from you as well.
