Joe‘s successes in trail running, marathons (he‘s run 21 official marathons), long-distance runs (including several 100km races, two 100 mile races and currently training for the GNW 250km run and 240km C2K) plus his experience as an athlete in several sports – rugby, soccer, Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing – means his athletic achievements give him broad expertise in addition to a varied approach to training.
